// Outbound Contact Platform

Your agents can only
answer one call.
Something should answer the rest.

A predictive dialer that fires many lines at once, hands live humans to your agents, and puts a sub-second AI voice on the connections nobody was free to take — instead of hanging up on them. Compliance is enforced in the software, not left to the operator.

Most shops are on VICIdial
or paying per seat.

VICIdial is free and capable, and it costs you days of Asterisk work or an integrator's invoice before the first call connects. Per-seat platforms handle that for you and bill roughly $100–150 per agent every month, forever. This sits between them.

What happens after you press start

Every number moves through the same five stages. The interesting part is stage four.

STAGE 01

Selection

A lead is pulled only if it clears every rule first: not on your do-not-call list, inside legal calling hours in that person's own timezone, and under its attempt limit. A blocked number is never dialed, whatever the campaign settings say.

STAGE 02

The burst

Many lines open at once. How many isn't a number you guess — it's calculated from how often calls are being answered right now and how many agents are about to come free. Ring-no-answer costs nothing; you're billed from the moment someone picks up.

STAGE 03

Answer and classification

Someone picks up. Machine detection runs asynchronously, so a real person is connected immediately instead of listening to three seconds of silence while software decides what they are. Voicemails get a message or a hangup, retroactively.

STAGE 04

Routing — agent, or AI

A free agent gets the call instantly; they're already connected, so there's no ringing. If every agent is busy, the AI takes it rather than dropping the person. It can qualify them and hand off live to a human the moment there's interest. This is what keeps your abandon rate near zero while your agents stay on the phone.

STAGE 05

Wrap

The call is recorded, transcribed, and scored. A summary and suggested outcome are written for the agent, who confirms with one key and takes the next call. Callbacks are scheduled in the lead's timezone and escalate if the agent who owns them is offline.

// What you get

Built for the parts that
actually cost you money

Overflow

Nobody gets hung up on

Every abandoned call is a lead you paid for and threw away, and a number that regulators count against you. The AI answers those instead.

Compliance

The 3% ceiling, enforced

Pacing eases off at 2.5% before it ever reaches the limit. Calling hours follow the person you're dialing, not your server clock.

Coaching

Help while the call is live

Your agent sees objection handling as the objection is being raised — not in a review meeting next Tuesday.

Quality

Every call reviewed

All of them transcribed and scored, human and AI alike. You stop guessing which agents need help and which scripts are failing.

Reputation

Numbers that stay answered

Caller IDs are rotated and rested under daily caps, and pulled automatically when their answer rate drops — the first sign carriers have flagged you as spam.

Ownership

Your accounts, your data

Connect your own carrier and AI keys from a settings screen. Your recordings, your leads, your numbers. Nothing is held hostage.

// What it costs to run

You pay the phone company,
not a seat licence

Calls and AI minutes are billed by your own providers at their published rates. There's no per-agent fee, so adding people to the floor doesn't change what the software costs.

ItemBilled byRate
Outbound callYour carrier$0.014 / minute, from answer
Phone numberYour carrier$1.15 / month each

Ring-no-answer is free — you're charged from pickup.
Using AI for overflow only, rather than every call, is normally the difference between a few hundred a month and a few thousand.

Try it on your own list
before you pay anything.

I'll stand up a working system on my infrastructure, connected to real phone numbers, and you dial your actual leads with it. If it earns its place, you connect your own accounts and it's yours. If it doesn't, you've spent nothing and lost a couple of weeks of nobody's time but mine.
